Lenalidomide’s main job is to help treat multiple myeloma and myelodysplastic syndromes, you know. It affects both the immune cells and the cancer cells. The doses range from 2.5 mg all the way up to 25 mg in each capsule.
The usual dose is 25 mg a day, for 21 days out of every 28 days. The pills come in bottles with 21 capsules in each.
