Alpelisib is a drug designed to block PI3K signaling, specifically for cancer patients with HR /HER2-positive and PIK3CA mutations. The medication comes in three dose sizes—50 milligrams, 200 milligrams, and 300 milligrams—in easy-to-take pill form. The usual suggested dose is 300 milligrams, once per day, ideally with a meal.
These come in packs of 28 individually packaged tabs. It’s supposed to be taken by mouth. Just keep it out of the fridge where it’s roomy.
