Venetoclax is a BCL-2 inhibitor. It’s used to treat Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia and Acute Myeloid Leukemia. It works by causing cancer cells to die off.
You can get this drug in three strengths: 10 mg, 50 mg, and 100 mg. They’re film-coated tablets. For CLL, you start with a low dose and gradually increase it to 400 mg a day.
Make sure to take it with food. The tablets come in bottles, each with 120 pills.
