Capivasertib is an AKT inhibitor. It’s used for HR /HER2-positive breast cancer patients who have changes in PIK3CA/AKT1/PTEN. It stops AKT signals from happening.
You can take it in 200 mg or 400 mg tablets. The doc suggests taking 400 mg twice a day for four days, then taking a break for three days. Each pack has 64 tablets.
Just keep repeating the cycle until you’re feeling better. It’s a pill you’re supposed to swallow.
