Tucatinib is an HER2 inhibitor, indicated for the treatment of HER2-positive breast cancer with brain metastases. It works by stopping HER2 from sending those messages. The drug comes in two sizes, a 50 mg tablet and a 150 mg tablet, both are coated.
The advice is to take 300 mg twice a day, and you gotta eat when you do it. They come in bottles, and each one holds 60 pills.
