Tucatinib is a drug used for treating HER2-positive breast cancer with brain metastases. It works by stopping the HER2 receptor from acting, which stops the HER2 signaling. This drug comes in two strengths: 50 mg and 150 mg, and they’re both tablet versions with a coating.
Tucatinib usually comes in 300 mg doses. You take it two times a day and, yeah, always with food. They come in bottles of 60 pills, each.
