Dabrafenib is an inhibitor for BRAF that targets melanoma with V600E/K mutations and NSCLC. It works by focusing on the BRAF kinase. The drug comes in two doses: 50 mg and 75 mg, both in pill form.
You’re supposed to take 150 mg twice a day, on an empty stomach. It comes in bottles with 120 capsules each.
