Ribociclib inhibits CDK4/6 enzymes, which is often used to treat HR-positive and HER2-negative breast cancer. It works by stopping cancer cells from moving to the next stage of their growth cycle. The recommended dose of Ribociclib is 600 mg taken once daily, administered over a 21-day cycle followed by a 7-day rest period within a 28-day cycle.
