Repotrectinib is an inhibitor that targets TRK, ROS1, and ALK. It’s used to treat certain lung cancers, like NSCLC with ROS1 and cancers that have NTRK gene fusions. It works by hitting lots of the kinases that help cancer cells grow.
The drug is in 40 mg capsules. You take 160 mg every day for the first two weeks, then switch to 160 mg twice a day. Each bottle has 60 capsules, which should last you about two months at the highest dose.
You really need to stick to the dosing schedule to get the best results.
