Dacomitinib is an EGFR blocker made for people with Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer that has specific EGFR mutations, like exon 19 deletions and the L858R thing. It blocks those EGFR signals, which is how it works. They got this stuff in 15, 30, and 45 mg sizes, and they’re in those little film-coated tabs.
You’re supposed to take the 45 mg stuff once a day. The pills come in bottles, with each bottle having 30 tablets in it.
