Erdafitinib is a drug that helps with metastatic urothelial carcinoma, especially when it’s caused by FGFR2/3 changes. It stops the FGFR signal. You can get the tablets in 3 mg, 4 mg, or 5 mg doses.
The usual dose is 8 mg taken once a day, but it might be changed to 9 mg if needed. The stuff comes in bottles with 56 film-coated pills in each.
