It’s an inhibitor mainly used for Non-small cell lung cancer, especially for people with a certain type of mutation called MET exon 14 skipping. It works by stopping something called MET signaling, which is tied to how cancer cells grow. They come in a film-coated tablet.
You take it at 450 mg, just once every day. You should take it with food so it absorbs better. Each tablet is 225 mg strong, and you get 30 in a bottle.
