Erdafitinib’s job is to stop FGFR, which is how it helps treat urothelial carcinoma that’s spread and has those FGFR2/3 changes. How it works is by blocking off FGFR signals. You can get Erdafitinib in three strengths: 3 mg, 4 mg, and 5 mg.
The typical dose for adults is 8 mg per day, but you might go up to 9 mg if you need to. Each bottle has 56 tablets of the stuff.
