Pirtobrutinib is this non-covalent BTK inhibitor thing, meant to treat mantle cell lymphoma and CLL. It goes after this BTK signaling stuff, which is a big deal in B-cell cancers. There are two kinds of tablet strengths for the drug: 50 mg and 100 mg.
Doctors usually suggest adults take 200 mg of this once a day. Each bottle is packed with 60 tablets of the medicine. Pirtobrutinib’s mechanism of action involves inhibiting the activity of BTK, which in turn helps to slow the growth of cancer cells.
You can take this drug with or without food, just make sure you swallow it whole. Just make sure to stick with the dose and the time your doc told you to take it.
