Binimetinib is an MEK inhibitor. It’s used to treat BRAF V600E/K-mutant melanoma, often with encorafenib. It blocks the MEK signaling pathway.
The drug comes in film-coated tablets, with each tablet having 15 mg. The usual dose is 45 mg, taken two times a day. Each box has 84 tablets.
