Binimetinib is a MEK inhibitor. It’s mainly used to treat BRAF V600E/K-mutant melanoma. It’s used together with encorafenib to stop MEK signaling.
The tablets are 15 mg and have a film coating. The standard dose is 45 mg, taken twice each day. Each bottle has 84 tablets in it.
