Ponatinib is used to treat certain types of leukemia. It’s for CML and Ph ALL patients who’ve had trouble with other treatments like tyrosine kinase inhibitors (TKIs). There are two strength options: 15 mg and 45 mg, and they come in these coated tablets.
The usual dose is 45 mg per day, and it can be taken with or without eating. Each bottle holds 30 tablets.
