Tazemetostat is a drug that targets EZH2 and is used to treat epithelioid sarcoma and follicular lymphoma. It works by affecting epigenetic regulation. The drug comes in 200 mg film-coated tablets, and the recommended dose is 800 mg twice daily, which equates to four tablets taken daily.
You take two tablets for each dose, about 12 hours apart. It comes in bottles with 240 tablets. With the recommended dose, that’ll last about a month.
