Erdafitinib is an inhibitor that’s used to treat advanced bladder cancer that has these FGFR2/3 changes. It works by stopping that FGFR signaling stuff. You can get it as a film-coated tablet in 3mg, 4mg, or 5mg doses.
The go-to dose is 8 mg, taken every day, but you can bump it up to 9 mg if needed. Each bottle’s got 56 tabs in it.
