Lenalidomide’s job is to treat multiple myeloma and myelodysplastic syndromes by changing the immune system. You can get it in capsules, ranging from 2.5 mg to a full 25 mg.
For adults, the usual dose is one 25 mg pill a day, for 21 days out of every 28 days. The capsules are packaged in bottles containing 21 capsules each, and the medication impacts both immune and cancer cell growth.
