You’ve got dosages of 75mg, 100mg, and 125mg to choose from. They usually suggest taking the 125mg version once a day. You take it for 21 days every month.
The capsules come in bottles with 21 pills in each. That means you can keep on treating yourself for almost a month with just one dose.
