Selumetinib is an inhibitor of MEK. It’s used to treat neurofibromatosis type 1, especially when there are plexiform neurofibromas. It targets the MEK signaling specifically.
You can get it in 10 mg and 25 mg doses. The usual one is 25 mg, taken twice a day on an empty stomach. The capsules are sold in bottles with 60 in each.
