Entrectinib is a targeted cancer therapy that inhibits multiple kinases, including TRK, ROS1, and ALK, and is used to treat NTRK-fusion-positive solid tumors and ROS1-positive non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). You’ve got two strengths here—100 mg and 200 mg capsules. The usual dose is 600 mg a day, you can take it with or without food though.
