You can get it in doses of 0.25 mg, 0.5 mg, or 1 mg pens, or in tablet strengths of 3 mg, 7 mg, or 14 mg. Doctors usually suggest taking 1 mg once a week by injection and 14 mg each day if you’re taking it as pills. It comes in packs that have either 4 pens or 30 tablets.
