Olaparib is a PARP inhibitor. It’s meant to treat ovarian, breast, pancreatic, and prostate cancers caused by BRCA mutations. How it works is by stopping cancer cells from fixing their DNA.
You can get Olaparib in two doses: 100 mg and 150 mg tablets. You’re supposed to take 300 mg twice a day, and it doesn’t matter if you eat or not. Each bottle holds 60 tablets.
