Ceritinib is an ALK inhibitor. It’s used to treat advanced non-small cell lung cancer in people who have a specific mutation, known as ALK-positive. It stops the ALK signaling pathway, which in turn stops cancer cells from growing.
It’s available as 150 mg capsules. The usual dose is 450 mg taken once a day. You should take it with food.
You’ll find it in bottles that hold 70 capsules each.
