Crizotinib is a inhibitor that targets ALK, ROS1, and MET kinases. It’s used to treat non-small cell lung cancer, especially when ALK or ROS1 are present. You can get this drug in two strengths: 200 mg and 250 mg capsules.
The usual dose is 250 mg, taken two times a day, either with or without eating. It comes in bottles with 60 capsules each. Make sure to take these with water.
Keep taking it as long as it’s helping you out. We’re not sure how long it’s safe to use it past two years. You’ll need to keep an eye out for any side effects and signs of resistance.
Don’t open or chew these pills; just swallow them whole.
