Asciminib is a BCR-ABL inhibitor. It’s meant for CML patients who’ve tried other treatments and haven’t worked. It goes after the ABL myristoyl pocket specifically.
There are two strengths of these tablets: 20 mg and 40 mg, and they’re coated. You’re supposed to take either 80 mg in one shot a day or 40 mg twice a day to get the effects you want. Each bottle has 60 tablets.
