Ribociclib is used to treat breast cancer that’s hormone receptor-positive and HER2-negative. It works by inhibiting CDK4/6, which in turn stops cancer cells from moving forward in their life cycle. Ribociclib comes in 200 mg tablets with a film coating.
You should take 600 mg of Ribociclib every day for 21 days out of every 28-day cycle. It comes in blister packs with 63 tablets each.
