Ceritinib is an ALK inhibitor, and it’s specifically made for treating ALK-positive non-small cell lung cancer that has spread. It works by zeroing in on the ALK signaling pathway, which is all turned up in some lung cancer cells. Ceritinib comes in 150 mg capsules.
You’re supposed to take 450 mg a day, usually with a meal. Each bottle holds 70 of those capsules.
