Tazemetostat is an inhibitor that targets a protein called EZH2. It’s mainly used for treating two types of cancer — epithelioid sarcoma and follicular lymphoma. It works by blocking something called epigenetic regulation.
The medicine comes in these small 200 mg tablet things that have a coating on them. You’re supposed to take 800 mg in total, two times a day. Each box comes with 240 tablets in it.
