Neratinib is a drug that stops something called the HER2 receptor. It’s often used to treat breast cancer that tests positive for HER2. It does its job by blocking a certain signal path, the EGFR/HER2 one.
You can get Neratinib as a 40 mg tablet, with a coating. For adults, the suggested dose is 240 mg, taken every day. It’s best to take it with food so it works better.
Each bottle has 180 tablets, which should last about 45 days if you take it as recommended.
