Olaparib is a PARP inhibitor. It’s used to treat ovarian, breast, pancreatic, and prostate cancers that have BRCA mutations. It stops cancer cells from fixing their DNA.
You can get this drug in two strengths—100 mg and 150 mg. They’re both film-coated pills. The suggested dose is 300 mg, taken twice a day.
You can take it with or without eating. Each bottle has 60 tablets in it.
