Sorafenib is an inhibitor for kinases. It’s used to fight RCC, HCC, and thyroid cancers. It stops VEGFR, PDGFR, and RAF kinases, among others.
You take these as 200 mg tabs. The usual dose is 400 mg, two times a day. You need to take these on an empty stomach.
Each bottle has 120 tablets. Sorafenib works by hitting the pathways that make tumors grow.
