Sorafenib? It’s a kinase inhibitor. It blocks stuff like VEGFR, PDGFR, and RAF kinases. It’s prescribed for advanced kidney cancer, really bad liver cancer, and thyroid cancer that doesn’t respond to radioactive iodine.
You take it twice a day—400 mg each time, which is a total of 800 mg—a big empty pill without food. The pills are shiny on the outside, and they’re strong enough—each one is 200 mg. And a bottle has 120 of them.
