Sotripentol is an anticonvulsant. It’s mainly used to treat Dravet syndrome along with other treatments. It mainly works by boosting GABAergic neurotransmission.
There are two strengths of Sotripentol capsules—250 mg and 500 mg. The suggested dose is 50 mg for every kilogram you weigh, spread out throughout the day. Each Sotripentol bottle has 60 caps.
That’s enough for a 5-day supply at the recommended dose of 50 mg/kg/day, taken in smaller amounts throughout the day.
