Dacomitinib is an EGFR inhibitor. It’s used to treat non-small cell lung cancer in people with specific mutations, like exon 19 deletion or L858R in exon 21. It works by stopping EGFR signals.
You can get it in 3 strengths: 15 mg, 30 mg, and 45 mg. The doc usually suggests 45 mg, taken every day. The pills have a coating and they come in bottles with 30 tabs in each.
