It goes after the estrogen receptor and messes with the way it signals, which helps stop the cancer from growing because of hormones.
You can get it in two sizes—86 mg and 345 mg—as these coated pills. The doc usually recommends taking one of the 345 mg pills each day, and it’s best to have it with some food. The pills usually come in a bottle with 30 of them.
