Erdafitinib is a inhibitor used for urothelial carcinoma that has FGFR2/3 changes. It’s part of the FGFR family and it stops FGFR signals. You can get it in three doses—3, 4, or 5 milligrams, all in those film-coated pills.
They usually start you off with 8 milligrams a day, but if you need it, they can go up to 9 milligrams. These tabs come in bottles with 56 of ’em in each.
