Adagrasib is a treatment that’s meant for people with a specific type of lung cancer called NSCLC and who have a mutation in the KRAS gene. It works by blocking a part of the KRAS protein that’s changed in people with this lung cancer. You get it as 200 mg pills, and the usual amount is 600 mg, taken two times a day.
You can take it with or without eating. One bottle has 180 pills and gives you a full month’s worth if you take it as suggested.
