Belumosudil is a ROCK2 inhibitor. It’s the stuff that keeps that protein in check. It’s used for cGVHD, which is when donor cells go rogue and start attacking the recipient’s body.
It helps by cutting down on inflammation and fibrosis, which are really big deal in making cGVHD worse. You’ll find it as 200 mg tablets with a coating. Adults usually take 200 mg a day, best with a meal.
Each bottle has 30 tabs. It’s meant to be taken by mouth and should be used with a doc’s watchful eye.
