Belumosudil is a ROCK2 inhibitor, mainly used to treat chronic graft-versus-host disease. It works by cutting down on the inflammation and scarring that come with cGVHD. You can get it as a 200 mg tablet with a coating.
Doctors usually recommend taking 200 mg once a day, and it’s best to have it with a meal to help it work better. The tablets come in bottles with 30 in each.
