Tepotinib’s job is to tackle a type of lung cancer called NSCLC when there’s a certain mutation in a part of the MET protein. It works by stopping a thing called MET signaling. You can get this stuff in 225 mg tablets.
The usual dose is 450 mg, taken just once each day. And it’s best to take it with a meal. These come in bottles with 30 tablets in each.
Tepotinib stops something called the MET receptor tyrosine kinase from doing its thing. This can get out of control in NSCLC, especially when there’s that exon 14 skipping mutation. And this out-of-control situation can cause the cancer to grow and spread.
