Trametinib inhibits BRAF V600E/K-mutant melanoma and NSCLC. It’s a member of the MEK class of medications. It stops the MEK signaling pathway.
You can get this med in two strengths: 0.5 mg and 2 mg, both in those coated tablets. You’re supposed to take 2 mg every day on an empty stomach. The pills come in bottles with 30 tabs in each.
