Tucatinib is a treatment that targets HER2-positive breast cancer, especially when the cancer has spread to the brain. It works by stopping the HER2 receptor, which in turn blocks the HER2 signal from spreading. You can get Tucatinib in two strengths—50 mg and 150 mg, both in a film-coated tablet form.
The usual dose for adults is 300 mg, taken twice a day with food. Each bottle has 60 tablets, so it’s easy to keep track of your treatment schedule.
