Crizotinib is an inhibitor for ALK, ROS1, and MET. It’s mainly used to treat non-small cell lung cancer that’s positive for ALK or ROS1. The drug keeps down a bunch of kinases that help cancer cells grow and live.
You can get it in two strengths: 200 mg and 250 mg. Usually, you’ll take the 250 mg dose, twice a day. You can take the capsules with or without food.
Each bottle holds 60 capsules.
