So, dacomitinib is this thing called an EGFR inhibitor. It’s mainly for treating something called Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer, or NSCLC. It’s for patients who have either an EGFR exon 19 deletion or a L858R mutation in exon 21.
You can get it in three different strengths: 15 mg, 30 mg, or 45 mg. They usually suggest taking the 45 mg pill just once a day. The tablets have this coating on them.
And they come in bottles with 30 tablets in each one.
