Erlotinib is an EGFR blocker. It’s mainly used to treat NSCLC and pancreatic cancer in folks who have EGFR mutations. It stops EGFR signals and comes in three strengths of tablet – 25, 100, and 150 milligrams.
The typical dose is 150 mg and you’re supposed to take it once a day, on an empty belly. Each bottle has 30 tablets.
