Futibatinib is an inhibitor. It’s specifically made to treat cholangiocarcinoma, a liver cancer that’s linked to FGFR2 fusions. Futibatinib works by stopping the signals from FGFR, the growth factor receptor linked to cancer cell growth and development.
These come in 4 mg tablet form, but you’re supposed to take 20 mg of it every day. Each bottle has 28 of the tablets for you.
