Erdafitinib is aFGFR inhibitor. It’s used to treat metastatic urothelial carcinoma with FGFR2/3 changes. It stops FGFR signals.
You can find it in 3 mg, 4 mg, or 5 mg tablets with a film coating. You start with 8 mg a day. If you need to, you can go up to 9 mg.
